aFe POWER's new Advanced Gauge Display connects to your OBD-II port, and not only will display any parameter that your ECU monitors and display it however you want, but it will also record data, which can be reviewed later, thanks to an SD card slot in the display. Because it ties into the OBD port, the AGD also reads and clears any trouble codes that might pop up.
