One of the hottest UTVs out right now is the Can-Am Maverick X3; its aggressive appearance makes it appear to be moving while it is standing still. One of the biggest problems with UTVs is their exhaust and the heat they put off in the back of the vehicle.
The folks over at Gibson have created a new dual exhaust (PN 98034) for the Maverick X3 to help combat those issues. Their exhaust decreases backpressure and produces more torque and horsepower.

Gibson’s Maverick X3 dual exhaust not only adds to the aggressive look of the X3, but it also adds to the performance of the vehicle.
This dual rear utilizes a compression spring fitting which allows plenty of movement to handle all types of abuse eliminating the possibilities of breakage. The exhaust has a flat black powder coated rear beauty plate and four-inch inter-cooled black stainless steel tips.
All necessary hardware is included for bolt-on installation. The exhaust was also tested with a decibel reading of 93 db’s per the SAEJ 1287 testing procedure and has a USFS approved spark arrestor.
With just installing the exhaust the temperatures dropped 34 degrees.
This unit is California carb legal and like all of Gibson’s exhaust’s they are made in the US. In addition to the performance benefits of the exhaust, it also decreases the heat in the back of the X3. The factory unit put out 115 degrees Fahrenheit and with the X3 dual exhaust, it dropped temperatures 34 degrees to 81 degrees Fahrenheit.
