It is not uncommon for collectors to end up parting ways with cars using an auction service, but Michael Hall is selling the entire package. Located in Tappen, British Columbia, Hall’s property is five acres complete with a home, two buildings, and over 340 project cars. For 1.45 million, those looking to take over a collection and have the place to complete the work should take a look at this unique opportunity.

Fortunately, this property has the proper zoning, so that the new owner can make full use of the 900 sq ft shop and the 1,200 sq ft steel building. According to CBC News, Hall’s real estate agent claims that he has received approximately 15 inquires per day since the property hit the market. Those looking to purchase a specific car from Hall’s collection are out of luck, as this deal is for the property and all of the vehicles.

Hall has been into collecting classic cars for approximately 40-years. Before he and his wife moved to the property in Tappen, they resided in the city of Kamloops, until his collection became a point of contention. However, his collection has become a point of contention with his wife; she currently resides on a 26-acre farm, while he lives with his collection.

Hall was not thrilled with idea of parting ways with his hobby, but decided that he could find better uses for his money. However, he is not getting rid of all his cars, Hall is keeping his ’68 Chevelle with a 396 CID and a 4-speed.
