Fourteen of the country’s best racetracks and some of the hottest races of the year are sprinkled throughout this awesome video by the guys at NitroArtVideo. There’s footage from the Southeast’s best, including tracks like South Georgia Motorsports Park, the House of Hook and Shadyside Dragway, places where awesome grudge racing is as much part of the landscape as the timing tower. There’s footage from all of the Duck X Productions races, and those have been some of the most talked-about events of the racing season, with records falling every time out on the awesome SGMP-prepped track.

The video is only a ten-minute long teaser of the full version of the video, but there are some incredible bumper-dragging, spark-throwing segments throughout.

Crazy race action is a hallmark of the NitroArt videos, and this version definitely does not disappoint. There are plenty of close calls, a couple of fireballs, a couple of lane-changers, flying body parts,and even a trip to the sandtrap for one unlucky racer. Right around 7:30 there are a couple of especially-tense segments, and later on there’s even a broken steering shaft for good measure. Lots of learning to do here if one pays attention – what to do and what not to do when faced with a hairy situation behind the wheel.

During some of the grudge segments of the video, we’re amazed at how many people are permitted to camp out on the starting line, but then again, that’s outlaw racing. If side-by-side 330-foot long wheelies and lit candles get your blood pumping, you’ll definitely want to check this one out.
