For most gearheads, this is the pleasant reality; however, the poor, poor gentleman in the above video is no such gearhead.Wayne from Australia – the owner of this Nassau Blue 1970 – reached out to the folks at Corvette Forum with a bit of background, right after the man behind the camera uploaded this emotionally controversial  target=”_blank”>video on YouTube. According to Wayne, it was only the car’s second outing since the completion of its four-year restoration.

We imagine that words couldn’t describe the nauseating disappointment Wayne felt as he helplessly stood by and watched his pride and joy get devoured by the inferno. But then, while watching the video, we felt a bit conflicted as to whether we should be laughing or mourning.
