When it comes to cars, there are many things that keep us intrigued, be it engines, horsepower numbers, looks or performance. But the one thing that can either make or break the enthusiasm about a car is the engine and exhaust sounds it produces. Is it odd that something as simple as sound could mean the difference between love and hate for a vehicle? Sure, but you can’t tell us that you’d like your V8-powered muscle car as much if it sounded like a scooter.

From high-end super and luxury cars, to hot rods and American muscle, Lewis has driven them all. Lucky for us, he’s also taken a few cameras along for the ride. What has resulted is six minutes of pure automotive sound bliss.
