Rigid Industries, recently, set a new record for daily production of their D Series lights. Their old record for the most D series lights produced in a day was 1,702 but their employee’s pushed that number up and finished 2025 in one day! 

If you aren’t familiar with the D Series LED, they are the square 3×3 inch LED light that are extremely diverse in their use. These lights are commonly used as fog lights on trucks, but they are, also, used on boats, emergency vehicles, off road vehicles and on and on. As with all of Rigid’s LED’s they have a very high output while consuming very little power.

Anyways, the guys at Rigid mounted a camera to one of their production racks and filmed the production of a D Series light. We here at Diesel Army always love seeing this type of stuff.

In addition to pushing their production boundaries, Rigid Industries has been very busy building accessories as well. They, recently, introduced a new line of grilles, of course featuring their LED light bars.

While doing all that, they realized that a cool light is no good if you cannot get it hooked up. So, they have been working on mounting solutions to make installation much easier, but also, ensure that the mounts are made to last. Rigid Industries, recently, released a new roof mount for the 50” E-series LED light bar that is designed for the 2007.5 to 2013 Chevrolet and GMC pickups and the 1999 to 2014 Ford Super Duties.
