With the launch of the 2015 Mustang as a global platform, Ford’s pony car is now galloping across many continents. After 50 years in North America, the Mustang is a world car. Thus it is also attracting the attention of aftermarket tuners across the world as well. One of the latest is AWE Tuning, which is about to launch its products in the Mustang’s home corral.

“Twenty six years in European performance engineering has led to this,” AWE Tuning’s VP of Marketing, Jesse Kramer, said. “An exhaust, and soon to be carbon fiber intake line, that will take our precision-engineering approach and offer it to the American car market.”

European tuning outfit, AWE Tuning, will soon launch a line of exhaust systems and cold-air intakes for 2015+ Mustangs via AmericanMuscle.com.

The aforementioned exhaust for the Mustang GT will be offered in three versions— Touring Edition, SwitchPath and Track Edition. Said to offer a sophisticated tone across the entire rpm range, the Touring system is obviously the quietest of the three. The midrange SwitchPath will offer remote control of the sound via valves, much like the Shelby GT350. Finally the Track system delivers full-time aggression.

While those exhausts will be first to these shores, later in the year, AWE will launch its race-only S-Flow carbon-fiber intakes for the Mustang.
