In just a few days, the world will finally know exactly what the next generation of Nissan’s Titan will look like and what the ratings will be. The official debut is Monday January 12^th 2015.

This appears to be a production 5.0 Cummins for Nissan!

For the past few months, Nissan has been trickling lit bits of information out there for us to cling to. We ran the first video and second one. The one above is actually the fourth and it shows a little bit of the testing that went into the truck and Rich Miller, Director of Product Planning and Titan Chief Product Specialist, discusses some of the process and development that was done while creating this next generation.

The video, also, shows multiple scenes from the Cummins plant, Miller speaks specifically about the Cummins and the video has a few of them driving around. By the looks of it, they are betting big on the new diesel option for them.

Miller, also, talks about some of the “breakthroughs” that were originally debuted on a Titan. Miller, also, stresses the importance of interacting with actual truck owners. This is how they get a feeling for what people actually want and need. What their competitors are doing right and where there may be some opportunity for Nissan.
