AmericanMuscle’s Mustang RTR Spec 3 giveaway winner was announced several months ago, and we here at Power and Performance  have been patiently waiting to see the car for the first time. Thankfully we don’t have to wait any longer, as the winner’s 2018 RTR Mustang Spec 3, chassis #003 is the subject of AmericanMuscle’s latest Hot Lap episode.

In it, AmericanMuscle’s Justin Dugan gives his feedback and assessment of the Oxford White Spec 3, focusing on the differences between current packages and previous versions. A turn on the company’s in-house dynometer is also showcased.

The Spec 3 is the highest of three dealer-prepped RTR packages available, and is optioned with Ford Performance/Roush’s new TVS 2650 supercharger system and tactical suspension. Additional options include vinyl design, hood vents, grilles, chin spoilers, splitters, diffusers and wheels.

“The RTR Spec 3 is a car that can literally do it all. From the looks to the handling and with 600+ to the tire, this is a ride you could have fun with no matter what style of driving you’re into,” remarks Dugan.
