While some people think of heaven as a cloud-covered joint with a bunch of friendly people, for most gearheads, it looks more like this new video from Pennzoil – a great car and a great place to beat the hell out of it with complete impunity. It’s what we’re day dreaming about when everyone else thinks we’re listening to them.

As far as the clip goes, we can only assume this lightly customized Challenger SRT Hellcat’s 6.2-liter supercharged V8 is lubricated with Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic motor oil, because unlike most commercials, we don’t even discover what they’re actually trying to sell us until the end of the clip. Instead, the car is the star here, piloted by professional racer Rhys Millen, as the Challenger drifts and roars around a deserted version of Cape Town, South Africa.

Millen has no trouble wrangling the 707 horsepower muscle car which, along with its unique coat of Pennzoil-yellow paint and tweaked LED tail lights, appears to be fitted with a hand brake of some sort – the standard coupe uses a foot-activated e-brake regardless which gearbox it’s equipped with, making the task of locking and unlocking the brakes in the middle of a corner a bit of a chore, especially if you already have three other pedals to contend with.

After some Gymkhana-like opposite lock shenanigans around town, Millen stops the car suddenly, at which point we discover that the Challenger is resting on a platform that’s being airlifted by helicopters. What to do? Drift around the platform while it flies over Cape Town, naturally.
