Mastering a skill like drifting takes time, and lots of it. Some are naturals, but for the rest of us, it’s a foreign language. Polish professional Drifter, Bartosz Ostałowski is a little different from the rest, and that’s due to the fact that he has no arms.

No, that is not a bad thing as he is able to jump in his LS-powered R34 Skyline, equipped with an automatic transmission, and do what he loves most – drift. Unfortunately, there’s not much information on his R34 Skyline besides the fact that it has a naturally-aspirated LS3 out of a Camaro, but turns out to be just the combo for drifting.

It was quite the surprise when we watched the video of him wrangling his car around the course with his foot. Having never heard of or seen Ostałowski’s skills, we had to see more. Little did we know, Ostałowski lost his arms in 2006, but he continued to compete in the Polish RallyCross Championship and the Polish Cup despite his disability.

Although the video above is in Polish with no subtitles, Ostałowski explains how he uses the car and it’s actually really interesting. The car’s automatic transmission has a tiptronic mode that he slides the shift lever into. The shift lever slides into a detent that allows Ostałowski to shift up or down with his shoulder, while one of his feet is on the wheel and the other is on the gas.
