Shannon Campbell is no newbie to the off-road scene. Having competed since 1996, Campbell has seen the industry grow immensely, helping it along the way with his amazing self-made off-road vehicles and several championship wins. Check out how Campbell got into the off-road scene as well as some of the highlights from his career in the above, compliments of sponsor Maxxis Tires.

Having launched onto the scene in 1996, Campbell attributes his love of the off-road sport to friends. Of course, with mechanical blood pulsing through his veins already, it wasn’t enough to just drive off-road vehicles once the love was discovered, so Campbell started making his own performance vehicles for the sport, from dirt racers to rock climbers. Now, Campbell owns his own family business with off-road performance in mind called Campbell Ent. Custom Fabrication LLC. Currently, some of Campbell’s off-road vehicles are at the forefront of the industry.
In addition to running his own successful business, Campbell holds bragging rights to a list of accomplishments in the off-road industry, including 2008 King of the Hammers Champion, 2011 King of the Hammers Champion, and 2013 Ultra4 National Champion. Accomplishments like this wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for Campbell’s sponsors and friends, including Maxxis Tires, from which Campbell ran 40-inch Trepador tires on his championship ride this year, Monster Energy, FOX Racing and many more.
Campbell is certainly a force to be reckoned with on and off the course, but it’s his true love and dedication to the sport that make him one for the record books. Here’s to another successful race season in 2014.
