It’s always incredible to us here at OneDirt.com, how fans can watch the exact same incident and have two different opinions on who is in the wrong. Well we’ve got another one that will divide the dirt track masses.
In the modified main event on June 8th at Twin Cities Raceway Park, Earl Plessinger and Micheal England were running extremely hard. The video starts out with Plessinger crowding England as the two enter turns 1 and 2, the two make slight contact down the backstretch and then things get real as the two enter three and four.
England slides up and makes contact with Plessinger sending him around. Strangely enough Plessinger lets the car coast all the way down the front stretch backwards.
Needless to say the #39 wasn’t happy, as you can see from the end of the video when he drives straight into England’s ride. Which we don’t condone, however it is always fun to watch when someone does it. Our friends at the Dirt Racing Connection were lucky enough to capture all of it on video for our enjoyment. Like the video is titled, we’ve given you nothing but the facts.
So now we leave it up to you the dirt track racing fan, was this intentional? Or was this just hard racing? You be the judge, and leave us a comment below with your opinion of what happened. We’re sure that you won’t be the only one that feels the way you do.
