Paul McMahan is having a great year in the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series. To date he has picked up two wins and has recently just fallen to thrid place in the point standings behind Donny Schatz and points leader Daryn Pittman.

Last friday night at the Dirt Track at Charlotte, everyone in attendance got to see just how talented McMahan is behind the wheel of a winged sprint car. He absolutely dominated his heat race that had Donny Schatz, Daryn Pittman, and even Tony Stewart in it. You can watch the above video to see him just drive away from the competition at the start.

McMahan started the main event from the fifth spot and picked his spots carefully as he maneuvered his way through the field to pass Pittman around the halfway mark. No one had any thing for him from then on and he sailed by the checkered flag nearly a straightaway ahead of Pittman.
