Much of the north east has seen not one, but two blizzards at the end of the 2013 winter. The snow flurries were flying in the pigeon hills of Pennsylvania this past Saturday, but so were the Lawrence Chevrolet 410 sprint cars… literally. Our friends from PA Posse Racing were on hand at Lincoln Speedway in Abbottstown, Pennsylvania to catch all the action in stunning fashion.
Third generation driver Jim Siegel battled through a wild race and held off some stiff competition to take the victory. Pole-sitter Corey Haas looked to be in control until a collision with lap traffic sent Corey and his 410 sprinter over the fence in turns 3 and 4 on lap 15. Siegel took control of the lead at this point and never looked back, earning his 8th career win at Lincoln Speedway.
Check out the above video for the race that featured great racing and snow flurries all in one event.
