Ultimate Callout Challenge (UCC) has once again solidified its reputation as the premier event in diesel motorsports. The 2025 event, held over three adrenaline-fueled days from May 30 to June 1 at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, showcased the pinnacle of diesel performance through drag racing, dyno competitions, sled pulls, burnout contest and a massive Show N Shine. With nearly 30,000 fans in attendance, the 2025 UCC was a testament to the passion and innovation within the diesel community.

Jesee Warren put on quite the show with his 7.0L Billet Block Power Stroke, putting down well over 2000hp before a turbo let loose ending his run early.
How Does The Ultimate Callout Challenge Competition Work?Â
Ultimate Callout Challenge competitors accumulate points across three events. These include an 1/8th mile drag racing, chassis dyno, and sled pull. Each event carries a maximum point of 1,000 points awarded. To earn the full points competitors will need to nail a 4.85-second run on the drag strip, put down 3,000 horsepower on the dyno, and drag the sled more than 285 feet. In the history of UCC no competitor has ever achieved a perfect score. The highest cumulative total points determins the overall champion.
Competitors run the same truck, in all three events, leading to many sleepless nights, sweaty brows, busted knuckles, and bruised pride.

The Long, Sad, Wait Ultimate Callout Challenge 2026
The 2025 Ultimate Callout Challenge was a resounding success, celebrating the best in diesel performance and community. From the roaring engines on the drag strip to the impressive displays in the Show N Shine, the event encapsulated the passion and dedication of diesel enthusiasts. As the community looks forward to future challenges, the 2025 UCC will be remembered as a benchmark of excellence in diesel motorsports.

Josh McCormack put in some crazy hours over the weekend and had his fair share of troubles, but pure determination and the will to win landing him the UCC Trophy and the weekend biggest dyno number at 3,108hp, shredded tires and all.

Chris Patterson brough the big green Dodge out of retirement for another run at the UCC title, after a brief kiss with the wall during drag race day, the truck was back together and put on quite the show on the dyno and sled pull track, landing him a solid 2nd Place finish.

As the only UCC entry running the old school VP44 24V Cummins, Patrick Brown fought some electrical gremlins throughout the weekend but still went home with his head held high and the respect of everyone that came to watch him compete.
