Opening day of the 2018 PRI show saw Performance Friction Corporation (PFC) Brakes launched their latest search for drivers to sponsor for the upcoming season. This year, the search is based on social media activity and the driver’s ability to navigate the social media world.
We’ve all heard that taking advantage of the social media platforms is critical to helping your race team. PFC Brakes is among the first to reward drivers that are taking advantage of the social media marketing. On December 6, the company started accepting applications for the 2019 sponsorship. Appropriately, PFC’s social media guru, Adam Keiser, is the man guiding the campaign.
According to Keiser, the company’s top-tier sponsorships are a group of 10 circle track drivers, both dirt and asphalt, for the upcoming season. Acceptance into the 2019 group of 10 allows the drivers to have access to the latest PFC products, get track-side support and marketing help from the PFC Brakes network, for major exposure. Selection into the PFC Brakes 2019 sponsorship class immediately gets you full social media coverage, PFC Swag, and $1,500 toward PFC’s brake products.
While the launch date for the company to receive sponsorship applications was opening day of the PRI show in Indy, applications will be received until January 11, 2019 and the winners will be announced on January 25, 2019.
There are news rules and requirements for this year’s submittals. As in year’s past, drivers must fill out a company approved entry form. This can be found at: pfcbrakes.com.
